Baptism
Dates:
All Saints holds Baptisms on the Great Vigil
of Easter, Pentecost Sunday, All Saints’ Sunday and the Sunday after Epiphany. Private Baptisms may be scheduled during weekdays and on Saturdays
at 4:00 or 5:30 pm in St. Mary’s Chapel.
Preparation:
To be baptized at All Saints’, one must worship regularly
for a period of six months, participate in church life, and complete spiritual
instruction. To help families prepare for Baptism, the Rev. Dr. Al W. Jenkins and
the Rev. L. Reid Hensarling
instruct families on the following: Review of Baptism Customary, Holy Scripture and the Book of Common Prayer, pp. 298-308.

First Holy Communion
Dates:
In October during the 8:50 service, All Saints celebrates First Holy Communion with a Childrens Sunday.
Preparation:
In September,
2nd & 3rd grade Sunday School classes focus on
the sacrament of Holy Communion. We invite children
to dramatic and interactive classes where they will
be learning about the Last Supper in different settings.

Acolytes
Dates:
All
Saints’ youth serve during the worship
services throughout the year by carrying crosses, torches, flags
and banners.
Preparation:
Children interested in this
ministry receive thorough training and may
start serving as acolytes at 10 years old. Each
year fun activities and surprises are incorporated
in the training program.

Academy
of Etiquette & Manners
Dates:
This 5-day Summer program culminates
with graduation during the Rector’s Breakfast at the
Terrace Hotel.
Preparation:
All Saints invites girls and boys in 2nd - 5th grade
to learn the social rules for living. Each day our candidates are educated
on different subjects: how to introduce oneself and others, how to
behave in social places, how to be a great host and guest. The Academy
sessions remind our children about good manners and help them feel more confident
in social situations. Each year fun activities and surprises are incorporated
in the program.

Fall Festival
Dates:
Each year we celebrate the fall season with a
fun, family evening of games and costumes. the
Fall festival is held on the last Wednesday of
October.
Celebration:
The program
invites children of all ages to enjoy fellowship
and games in beautifully decorated Sunday
School centers. Each
room captivates children with different fun
activities – fishing prizes, playing
ball games, having fun with clowns, cookie
walk, fall crafts and face painting.

Christmas
Pageant & St. Nicholas Party
Dates:
Every
year All Saints’ children participate in a Christmas
program where they joyfully celebrate the birth of Jesus.
Celebration:
After the special children’s service, everyone enjoys
the St. Nicholas party.

Easter
Eggstravaganza
Dates:
On the Saturday
morning before Easter Day, children,
parents, grandparents and friends
meet at Lake Bonny Park to celebrate
Easter.
Celebration:
Families enjoy fellowship,
have the great Egg Hunt, refreshments
and Easter treats, face painting, cup
cake decorating and fun games.
