Our education series for the month is titled “Why we do what we do.” If you ever wondered why we do certain things in church, then come this month and find out in our small groups.

We always start our night together with a few minutes of group gaming, snacking, and fellowshipping. New giant games have become a HUGE hit (get it) ;-)

Tonight was based on The Anglican Communion, The Episcopal Church, and Book of Common Prayer. We played a friendly competition of intense telephone. Keeping the same message to the end of the line proved more difficult than they thought, until we got to the last message that read "I LOVE my Youth Group." The team on the right WINS!

Our Bible passage for the month is:

And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the day drawing near.  Hebrews 10:24-25

We definitely are doing what these verses say every time we gather as a Youth Group Family.
