The Art of Faith Weekend with Terry Glaspey

October 12-14, 2018

Fr. Reid and others from All Saints’ met Terry Glaspey at the C.S. Lewis Summer Institute – “Oxbridge 2017.” Terry was a featured  instructor and taught on the impact of faith on the development of the arts and the magnificent creative expressions of the Christian story. Plans began at once to bring this grand experience home by hosting Terry at All Saints’ for a conference-style weekend centered on creativity, imagination and the role of great art in our spiritual journey.

Terry Glaspey is an energetic and entertaining speaker. He has written over a dozen books, including the text for our recent Inspired Art Parish Academy Class: 75 Masterpieces Every Christian Should Know:  Fascinating Stories Behind Great Art, Music, Literature, and Film. With a master’s degree in history and an undergTraduate degree emphasizing counseling and pastoral studies, Terry’s perspective on the art world is unique and not to be missed!

Mark your calendars for this opportunity to learn how creativity, spirituality and life intersect and how great art nourishes the soul!
