Our next concert in our series will be March 10th at 6:00 p.m.. We will host concert pianist Robert Fleitz with a special appearance from Ingrid MacDonald followed by a 7:00 p.m. dinner by Chef Bruce in Moses Hall. Donations will be collected at the door for the concert to benefit our ministries, and dinner costs $8 per person at the event.
Performer and composer Robert Fleitz is committed to curating mesmerizing and idiosyncratic concert experiences. As a pianist known for “mesmerizing” and “commanding” playing (New York Times), he has played with Contemporaneous, Ensemble Echappé, the Juilliard Orchestra, Wordless Music, and the RTÉ Irish National Symphony Orchestra.
Recent appearances include the Universidade de Aveiro, Latvian National Library, Kyoto Music Festival, BAM Next Wave Festival, MATA Festival, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Le Poisson Rouge. He is a founding member of new-music-violin-piano-experience escapeVelocity and toy-music-theatre-band Wind-Up Elephant, as well as the Melita Ensemble at St. Paul’s Church. He can be found frequently performing away from the piano, as a mover, performance artist, harpsichordist, toy pianist, and baritone. He is also the founder of PROMPTUS, a post-disciplinary collective that curates community-focused performance events.
The All Saints’ Performing Arts Series is an opportunity to experience creativity and musical expression that are a gift from God. We hope to encourage fellowship among our members as well as to open our doors to welcome the community.
We offer concerts and special musical worship services from September through May each year. The programs in the 2018-2019 season have included concert pianists Dr. Charles Hulin and Robert Fleitz, Florida Southern College opera program vocalists, Greg and Christina Sale and friends, Southeastern University voice faculty, and the choirs of All Saints’ Church.
