About Our Vestry

Eric Ammon

Eric Ammon

Eric, Patty, Katie and Ted moved from Winter Park to Lakeland in February of 2004. Eric is a lifelong Episcopalian, and a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Eric has spent his entire adult life working in commercial real estate, and is presently a commercial broker here in Lakeland. Patty his wife of 27 years, is working in the IT department at Publix today as a Principal Engineer and has worked at Publix since 2001. Their daughter Katie is in the middle of her second year at Stetson College of Law, and their son Ted lives and works in Columbus, Ohio today. Eric has served in several minor supporting functions here at the Church, and is presently serving as the Church’s Junior Warden. The family have been members of All Saints' Church since 2010.

Cheryl Cantrall

Cheryl was was born in Kentucky and raised in Lakeland. She is married to Matthew, who owns Century Signs, has two children and 8 grandchildren. She is a past Lay Eucharistic Visitor, Stephen's Minister, Sunday School and Children’s Church teacher, served on many councils and committees and was a member of the Vestry (2004 – 2006). Currently she is the Lay Eucharistic Minister Warden, Wedding Coordinator, Altar Guild member, Worship Council Leader, a Verger and has attended the Parish Academy since its inception. She is also the Membership Chairman of the 2,500 member Vergers Guild of the Episcopal Church. Cheryl is also serving on the Assistant to the Rector Search Committee. She is the Clerk of the Vestry.

Jeff Cox Jr.

Jeff and his two children are lifelong members of All Saints Church. Jeff has a MBA from the University of Central Florida. After college Jeff worked as a technologist with Lockheed Martin where he developed a passion for business and technology. In 2014 Jeff started an Internet based logistics company that primarily services the heavy equipment industry. Jeff currently serves as lector and is on the All Saints’ Outreach Committee. Jeff is also an active C12 member and lifetime Lakeland resident. Jeff’s free time revolves around his family, friends, and church related activities.

Stuart Dow

Stuart is a cradle Episcopalian. He was baptized at the Church of the Redeemer in Sarasota and served as an acolyte starting at the age of eight. In 1980 his family moved to Lakeland and they attended All Saints’ where he also served as an acolyte, attended New Beginnings and Happening weekends. Stuart attended his confirmation classes at All Saints’ and was confirmed at The Cathedral by Bishop Folwell.

Stuart married Wendy Dow in 1989. The Dows’ have three children, Makenzie and twin boys Jaret and Thomas. They were baptized at All Saints’, and Makenzie was confirmed at All Saints’. Stuart is a service technician at Jenkins Lincoln.

Stuart has served and continues to serve in many capacities at All Saints’: Steward, Vestry, Verger, Subdeacon, Chalice Bearer, Sacristan, Parish Academy classes, and Parent classes. He served as captain of a breakfast team, participates in the Walking and Running Club, and was part of the original shuttle ministry. He also keeps the golf cart running.

Everis Fairchild

Everis Fairchild has been a member of All Saints’ since 2001. She has served as a steward, lector, and altar server. Everis was member of the Music Council and had a stint as the Summer Music Program Coordinator. She has also served on the Vestry and was Senior Warden in 2014. Everis was commissioned as a Verger on All Saints’ Day 2015. In 2003, she became the Accounting Director of All Saints’. In 2004, Everis served as Interim Communications Director until July of that year when she became the Church Administrator. She held the Administrator position until 2010 when she decided to stay home with her children. Everis has been married to Ben, her high school sweetheart, since 2002 when they were married at All Saints’. Everis and Ben have two children: Ryan and Lindsey. Everis is currently the Senior Warden and Lector Warden of All Saints'.

David Fernandez

David Fernandez

Michael David Fernandez is a cradle Episcopalian, baptized 27 September 1964 at Grace Episcopal Church in Louisville, KY and confirmed 4 April 1976 at St Christopher’s Episcopal Church in Tampa, FL. Moving to Lakeland in 1999 with his wife Louise they joined St David’s Episcopal Church where both of their boys, Matthew Daniel who is 10 and Luke David who is 8, were baptized. In 2011 they moved their family membership to All Saints' Episcopal Church. David’s employer, since 2006, is the Property Appraiser office for Polk County. David served in the U.S. Army National Guard, Army Reserve and the Active Army for a total of 28 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. David currently serves on the Vestry, Outreach Committee, the Safety Team and as a Steward Captain.  He is a Bible based Christian, Constitutionalist, Conservative and a Capitalist who is not a “go along to get along” kind of Christian. David’s vision for All Saints' is to continue building on the Bible based philosophy for teaching, help to expand our Outreach commitment, develop a strong In-reach program and continue on the Evangelizing and Apologetics aspects with a bottom line of helping to ensure the economic health and sustainability of All Saints' Episcopal Church for the next generation.

Dr. Ed Garcia

Ed was born and raised in Tampa and has lived in Lakeland since 2001. He and his wife, Meghan, have three teenage children. They have attended All Saints' Episcopal Church since 2013. Ed is a physician and practices pathology at Lakeland Regional Health Hospital and at MicroPath Laboratories, Inc. He enjoys keeping up with the kids’ extracirricular activities, traveling with family, and fishing, football, and hunting. Ed is very excited to be serving on the vestry for the first time.

Sid Glynn

Sid has been a resident of Lakeland since 1990 and a member of All Saints’ Episcopal Church since 1995. He and his wife Sharon two grown children. Robert is a United States Marine in his 15th year and Carrie is a Master Deputy in the Polk County Sheriff’s Department. Sid is in the computer consulting business. He faithfully served his country for twenty years in the United States Marine Corps (1966-1988). Sid serves on the Safety Council and is a Verger.

Phil Mays

Phil Mays

Phil and his wife Sanfra have been members of All Saints' since 2006. They have been married for 18 years and their blended family includes four adult children and seven beautiful grandchildren. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in business. He was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church and was accepted into the Episcopal Church in October of 2006. Sanfra was confirmed with him.

As a member of All Saints' Phil was a member of the Jail Ministry team with Fr. Al and Fr. Reid for 3 years; is a lector and steward; previously served on the Vestry from 2011-2013; was Treasurer of the parish building expansion program; is a Sunday School and Parish Academy teacher and member of the Order of St. Luke. Phil is currently serving as Chair of the Finance Committee. In his spare time, Phil enjoys reading, writing, walking, exercising and traveling with Sanfra.

Igancio Morrell

My family and I have been attending All Saints' Church Lakeland since 2002. I grew up in Lakeland but lived and worked in Dallas for 16 years where I met my wife Kimberley. Kimberley is a native of Houston, Texas. We were married while in Dallas and were blessed with two lovely girls, Sophia and Isabel. Our family has been quite involved at All Saints' over the years. Sophia and Isabel were Acolytes, sang in children’s and youth choirs, were involved in Youth groups and worked as volunteers and staff in the church over the last sixteen years. I have served as a steward for 16 years, participated in Parish Academy since its inception, served as a lector for 5 years, served as a vestry member, and volunteered in various other ways. Presently, in addition to my duties on the Vestry, I serve as an on-call Steward, Lector, teacher in Parish Academy and adult Sunday school; and I participate in the Friday prayer service, Men’s Bible Study and Outreach activities.

Chris Scott

Chris was born in Winter Haven, Florida and has been a member of All Saints' since 2009. He and his wife Aimee has been married for 11 years and have two children (Julia and Jack) who particpate in the children an youth programs. Chris studied computer engineering at Florida Institute of Technology. Chris was baptized into the Episcopal church in 2010 by Fr. Reid and confirmed in 2014 by Bishop Brewer at All Saints'. Chris has had a strong focus on computers and IT for the majority of his life, and currently works for an IT consulting group out of Oldsmar Florida. Chris is currently responsible for IT as well as administration of the basecamp collaboration system.

Garrett Waldron 

Garrett Waldron

Garrett is a third-generation member of All Saints’. His grandmother, Barbara Combee, was the first of his family to attend. Garrett was baptized and confirmed here. He graduated from All Saints’ Academy and went on to attend Florida State University. Garrett met his wife Chelsea here at All Saints’, and they were married by Fr. Reid. They have two sons, Nolan and Eli. Garrett currently serves as a middle school youth leader and as a member of the Safety Team. He has lead groups during Community Outreach Days and also during Soul in the City, which is the summer youth mission week. He has also served as a narrator for the Christmas pageant for the past two years. Garrett serves as the Family Ministries liaison to the Vestry.
